naczyniu do pieczenia ułożyć gałązki rozmarynu oraz przeciętą
w poprzek główkę czosnku, na ziołach ułożyć udziec. W udziec
wbić termometr.
Wstawić do piekarnika nagrzanego do 80 stopni i piec, aż mięso wewnątrz osiągnie 62 stopni (około 3 godzin, zależy od wielkości udźca). Po wyjęciu z piekarnika przykryć folią i odstawić na około 20 minut.
